- Degree in Fine Arts/Visual Arts/Vocational (Graphics) Graphic Design/Commercial Arts with 55% marks
- (i) Degree in any discipline with 55% marks (ii) English/Hindi Stenography 80 wpm (iii) English/Hindi Typing 40 wpm
